Narrative long-form improv — recently wrapped a class and a few performances, with more coming. Currently taking acting techniques, audition techniques, and voice of the actor. Currently studying a monologue as Ruth from Collected Stories by Donald Margulies.

Building

Optimizing my workflow with AI coding agents — reducing slop, better prompts, better systems. Most recent side project: a tool to help me work on monologues, read through scripts, and take notes using method acting approaches. More on that in a future post.

Also trying to write as I build instead of after the fact.

Moving

Functional strength training and weightlifting. Pickleball — starting a six-week clinic soon. Running and moving my body at least once a day.
